What to bring and what to expect:

For massage therapy, please bring a set of shorts.
For Cryoskin/Neveskin body sessions, please bring an outfit to photo track your progress, such as shorts and sports bra/tank top, bikini, yoga pants, etc, and try to bring the same outfit every session.
Please text me as soon as possible if you're experiencing cold- or flu-like symptoms.
When you come to your appointment, please TEXT me when you get here. You may wait in the waiting area, but please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments start on time and I schedule to allow for evaluation and treatment time. For instance, if you book a 60-minute session, there will be eval and paperwork time on both ends as well as 60 minutes of treatment. This means your appointment will be a little longer than 60 minutes.

Welcome to IntegraTouch Neuromuscular Therapy!

In our treatments, my goal is to help you feel and function better through pain relief, increased range of motion, and relaxation. I strive to ensure my clients feel better when they leave than when they come in. Client education and self-care are of utmost importance in my practice. I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on Services & Rates to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.

I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy's Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program in 2014. I hold many certifications and have completed many trainings, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and muscle energy techniques, among others. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork through the NCBTMB (2018), a national certification board that upholds the highest standards in massage therapy. In addition, I am a Reiki Master/Teacher (since 2014), and in 2018, I attended Root Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies, becoming a Yoga Instructor..
