Hey there everyone! If you've had trouble reaching me via phone or marketing email/SMS (for Cryoskin), please TEXT me instead at 719-201-2027 (please include your name and request). Due to the funky reception within the office park and my appointment schedule, it can be difficult to reach me via phone until odd hours. Texting is by far the fastest way to reach me! Hooray! The state of emergency is over. Until further notice, the procedure for coming to your appointment will be as follows:
1) If you have been experiencing any cold- or flu-like symptoms, please call me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment, even if it's the same day, even if you believe the symptoms to be minor.
2) When you come to your appointment, please TEXT me when you get here. You may now wait in the waiting area, but please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Bring a pair of shorts with you to wear during your session (underwear doesn't count).

Welcome to IntegraTouch Neuromuscular Therapy!
In our treatments, my goal is to help you feel and function better through pain relief, increased range of motion, and relaxation. I strive to ensure my clients feel better when they leave than when they come in. Client education and self-care are of utmost importance in my practice. I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on Services & Rates to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.
I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy's Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program in 2014. I hold many certifications and have completed many trainings, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and muscle energy techniques, among others. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork through the NCBTMB (2018), a national certification board that upholds the highest standards in massage therapy. In addition, I am a Reiki Master/Teacher (since 2014), and in 2018, I attended Root Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies, becoming a Yoga Instructor..

Missed appointments will be charged the full price of scheduled service, which must be paid prior to next appointment; if missed appointment is prepaid or a gift certificate or voucher, that session/certificate/voucher will be forfeit. Therapist may make exceptions for emergencies, inclement weather, or other circumstances, so please call if unable to make appointment. No refunds.
